Important Information about July 2026 Statements

All Revelstoke and Osoyoos members will be issued at least two monthly statements for July, 2026. One period (July 1-10) covers the time before our banking systems merged, and the next period (July 11-31) covers the period after our banking systems merged.

Due to a processing issue, some Revelstoke members will be receiving three statments (see information below).

Information for Revelstoke Members Regarding Monthly Statements

August 6, 2026 - Due to a processing issue, some Revelstoke member statements covering the period of July 1-10 were missing transactions for some accounts. Your account balances and the security of your accounts were not affected.

Members affected will receive three statements:

1) First July 1-10 Statement (Pre-System Conversion)

Your first statement includes all of your accounts, but some transactions may be missing from one or more accounts. Although some transaction history may be incomplete, the Relationship Balance on this statement is correct.

2) Supplemental July 1-10 Statement (Pre-System Conversion)

If you are affected, you will receive a supplemental statement (available in print and online banking) that includes the missing transaction history from your first statement.

The supplemental statement includes only the accounts that were missing transactions. It does not include transactions from every account you hold. Because of this, the Relationship Balance shown on the supplemental statement is not your total relationship balance. Please refer to you original statement for your overall balance.

3) Regular July Statement (July 11–31, Post-System Conversion)

Your regular July statement, covering July 11-31, will be issued separately. This statement reflects your account activity after our planned system conversion and is not related to the July 1-10 statement issue. It will include all of your accounts and transactions for that period as normal.

We identified the issue, corrected it, and are providing the supplemental statement so you have a complete record of your July 1-10 account activity.

We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience. If you have any questions, please contact us.
