Call your branch during business hours if your debit card is lost, stolen or you've noticed unauthorized activity on your account.

To report a lost or stolen debit card after hours:

  • Summerland members: Call 1-888-277-1043
  • Osoyoos and Revelstoke members: Call 1-866-494-7181 and leave a message. Someone will return your call the next business day.

Lost Cascadia Collabria Card

Call 1-855-341-4643 to report a lost or stolen Collabria credit card. Help is available 24-hours a day, 7-days a week, including holidays.

Plan Ahead: Digital Banking Unavailable April 17–20

From April 17–20, our founding credit union banking systems will merge into a single Cascadia banking system. During this time, many services - including online banking, mobile apps, and some debit and ATM transactions - will be unavailable.
