As part of our merger, we’re connecting all three credit unions onto one Cascadia banking system. To make this change, our banking services will be temporarily unavailable while systems are combined.

  • Banking systems offline from July 10-12
  • Plan any urgent banking before the weekend
  • Have other payment methods available during this time

Plan ahead for banking system downtime from July 10-12

We’re preparing for another major milestone in our merger — connecting all three credit unions onto one Cascadia banking system. This phase of the merger – banking system integration – will take place from Friday July 10 to Monday July 13, at 9:00am.

Banking system integration means the Cascadia Credit Union banking systems will go ‘offline’ for a short period, starting at 5:00 pm on Friday July 10th.

From Friday July 10th at 4:00 pm to Monday July 13th at 9:00am, the following services will be unavailable:

  • Sending or receiving Interac e-Transfers
  • Online and app banking
  • Large cash withdrawals and transactions

Member service is our top priority, and our teams are working hard to minimize disruption as we complete this second phase of the merger.
