Revelstoke & Osoyoos Members: Getting Started with Your New Digital Banking
Now that our new banking system upgrade is complete, Revelstoke and Osoyoos members have access our new digital banking platform. While your accounts and everyday banking services have moved with you, there are a few one-time steps you'll need to complete to get back into online and mobile banking.
First-Time Login
Log in for the first time
When you log in for the first time, you'll need:
- Your existing debit card number and the password you used to log in to online banking before the conversion
- Your date of birth (to complete two-factor authentication)
If you don't know your debit card number or don't have a debit card, please call us or drop in to your branch.

Download the Cascadia App
If you previously used the OCU or RCU mobile banking app:
- Delete your old app.
- Download the new Cascadia Credit Union app.
- Sign in using your debit card number and your existing password.

A Few Things You'll Need to Set Up Again
Because we're moving to a new digital banking platform, some features couldn't be transferred and will need to be set up again.
You'll need to:
- Recreate your INTERAC® e-Transfer profile
- Re-add your e-Transfer contacts
- Set up AutoDeposit again
- Recreate your "Request Money" settings
- Recreate your CRA profile and any future-dated CRA payments
- Re-add delegates for business and organization accounts
