Fraud Alert: Impersonation Calls Claiming to Be Collabria

We’re seeing an increase in fraud calls where scammers pretend to be Collabria and say there’s “suspicious activity” on your account.

These callers may list fake transactions to sound convincing, then try to get your personal information—like your online banking login details or security (verification) codes.

What you need to know

If you receive a call like this, do not share any information unless you’ve ended the call and contacted us yourself using a trusted number.

How to protect yourself

  • Don’t trust caller ID – phone numbers can be faked to look legitimate
  • Never share personal or card details during an unexpected call
  • Hang up if something feels off – it’s always okay to end the call
  • Call back using a trusted number – use the number on the back of your card or our official website
  • Visit a branch if you’re unsure – we’re here to help in person

If you’re ever unsure, reach out to us directly. Taking a moment to double-check can help keep your information safe.
